Change of Address

In order to stay connected with health care providers and provide quick payment delivery, WCB-Alberta requires up-to-date address information.

Please let us know if:

• your mailing address has changed,
• your phone or fax number has changed
• you’re moving to a new clinic, or
• you’re no longer working at a clinic

This way, we can inactivate old billing numbers and ensure important information is sent to the correct address.
