Employers
- You can submit a new account application online. We aim to process most applications within five working days.
- Your workers will not suffer any loss of benefits due to work disruptions. If you did not pay workers during a shutdown, we will provide wage replacement benefits for any workers who were working modified duties as a result of a previous workplace injury. If you have questions about claims costs stemming from pandemic-related closures and the inability to offer modified work, more information is available about our COVID-19 cost relief measures. We will remove these claim costs automatically.
- In-person assessment and treatment services are available, as governed by the appropriate college or association and meeting public health requirements. Virtual services are still available in some circumstances. Find out what this means for you and your worker.
- Our employer seminars and workshops are now hosted online. Register to attend and join us wherever you are.
