Our Board of Directors is representative of the interests of workers, employers and the general public of Alberta. This representation ensures that our board is well-informed by, and considerate of, the perspectives of everyone impacted by the workers’ compensation system. Each member brings unique insights, experiences and skills to their role, collectively ensuring we stay true to our mandate and deliver on our commitments.

Accountable to the Minister of Jobs, Economy and Trade, our board provides strategic guidance to our executive leadership team. Their oversight on standing committees focused on auditing, financial management, policy, human resources and governance supports the success and sustainability of the workers’ compensation system.
