Learn how to refine the return-to-work section of your reports while reviewing your role as a provider and how to overcome barriers for treatment.
We also offer the following online learning modules to help you work with WCB to support injured workers on the road to recovery after a workplace accident. Our goal is to promote effective service delivery, prioritizing collaboration in a safe and timely return to work for injured workers.

Care plan collaboration
We take a look at your role in care planning and a worker's recovery. This includes an overview of the importance of clinical phone consultations, safe and early return to work, a review of multi-disciplinary programs available through WCB and treatment termination. -
Integrating return to work in therapy practical tools
You'll learn how return to work can be integrated into therapy, how evidence-based practice and modalities can help, and where you can access resources. -
Family member/joint counselling reports
Reporting expectations for counselling are different when a family member is involved. This module reviews the correct forms and procedures to use in these cases. -
WCB care model and best practices
In this module you’ll learn how to work with WCB to set expectations in therapy and goals related to a worker’s recovery from work injuries. We explore identifying and overcoming barriers and how they fit into a worker's return-to-work plan, with a focus on treating the occupational issue or injury -
Worker counselling reports
This module provides an overview of the type of information we look for in reports for psychological counselling for workers, as well as the expected timelines for report submission.
